Hi Everyone,
Today I’m sharing one of the easiest pulled-meat barbecue recipes I’ve ever tried. Because it’s a crock-pot recipe, it will keep your kitchen cool. Just start in the morning and you’ll have a delicious meal waiting by dinnertime. This recipe is also perfect for tailgate parties.
Chuck Roast Barbecue:
Place a chuck roast in a crock pot for 7 hours on high, adding 1 Good Seasons Italian Dressing powder in packet and 1 McCormick’s au jus packet. (About one third of a pound per person.)
If you cook two roasts, double the McCormick’s but not the dressing.
Pull meat apart and trash fat. Serve with your choice of rolls. Enjoy!
This sounds super yummy!! Linda
