Most of us have our Thanksgiving menus planned, but what about all those leftovers? Here’s an easy, quick recipe for the day after:
This simple dish can use any leftover chopped vegetables including celery, tomatoes, carrots, peas and corn.
• ½ pound of turkey, shredded or torn into pieces
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ cup of Bisquick
• ¼ cup of chopped parsley
• 4 eggs beaten
• 1 tablespoon butter
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Dot 9-inch square baking pan with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
